Returns & Exchanges
Provided the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
Items purchased online may be returned by post. Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain the appropriate return address.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original labels and tags attached.
Please note that original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights, for example, if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered.

Yes, not bad at all; it works perfectly. It came with a replaceable head, a pair of gloves, and a charging cable (USB-C). The spinner has 3 modes (fast, medium, slow), though the fast mode isn't exactly very fast, and the rotor doesn't handle a lot of power—although it is definitely sufficient for cleaning the grill. Overall, it's good (for the price).
